What is Inprogress+ and how does it work? What does PRE-ORDER mean?
Inprogress+ is a training subscription service that gives you access to all our live online training courses in English for 6 or 12 months. You can join as many different courses as you like during your subscription period.
The PRE-ORDER period lasts until the end of November 2025. This means that customers who purchase a subscription during this time will be able to start taking online training courses from December 1, 2025.
What training courses are included in Inprogress+?
Inprogress+ gives you access to all live online training courses delivered in English – including accredited courses (PeopleCert®, APMG, IIBA®, PMI®) and original courses designed by our in-house experts.

How long can I attend training after purchasing Inprogress+?
Depending on the package you choose, you can sign up for courses for 6 or 12 months. The access period starts from the date your payment is confirmed.
Are the courses online, and what do they look like?
Yes – all courses are live and delivered online. They’re led by accredited trainers and combine theory with hands-on practice. You’ll take part in live discussions, group work, case studies and interactive activities using tools like Mural.
Will I receive a certificate after the training?
Yes – if you attend at least 80% of the live sessions, you’ll receive a confirmation of participation. If the training is accredited and you wish to earn an international certification, you’ll need to pass the official exam required by the accrediting organization.
Does the Inprogress+ subscription include certification exams?
No – certification exams are not included in the Inprogress+ package and must be purchased separately.
Some trainings require an exam, while for others the exam is optional. Details on the Pricing page.
Can I enroll in a training and buy the exam later?
Yes – if the exam is optional, you can purchase it later, but only by email. Please contact us at: hello@inprogressplus.com. You won’t be able to buy the exam through the app after the course ends. If the exam is mandatory, you need to purchase it at the time of enrolling in the training.
Why do I need to purchase some add-ons with the training?
This is required by the rules set by the accrediting organizations. If a course includes a mandatory exam or other required add-on, we can’t register you without it – it’s part of the licensing agreement.
Can I try the training before purchasing the Inprogress+?
Yes – we offer free access to two full, APMG-accredited live courses: DTMethod® Foundation (Design Thinking) and Digital Transformation Foundation (Organizational Digital Change). These are complete, interactive training sessions with an optional exam. Participation is free of charge. If you decide to take the exam, it must be purchased separately. To join a free session, simply fill out the registration form on our website.
When can I start signing up for training after purchasing the Inprogress+?
As soon as your payment is credited to our account. Your subscription will be activated automatically. You will recognise this by the fact that in the Inprogress app, in the schedule, all online training courses in English will have a price of 0.
How do I sign up for a training course?
Create an account in this web app and log in. If you have an active package, you can sign up right away.
How can I manage my training schedule?
You can easily manage your training schedule here - in the Inprogress+ app. Sign up, reschedule, or cancel your sessions – all in just a few clicks.
Can I register for multiple courses scheduled at the same time?
Yes – but only if none of them has a “confirmed” status yet.
Here’s how it works:
- You can register for up to two courses happening at the same time (if both are still planned).
- You’ll be asked to set one as your priority.
- Once your priority course is confirmed, the system will automatically remove you from the other.
- If you're already registered for a confirmed course, you won’t be able to join another one at the same time unless you cancel the first one first.
Can I plan multiple courses in advance?
Yes – there’s no limit to how many courses you can schedule. Just make sure all selected courses take place within the validity period of your Subscription Inprogress+.
How many times can I attend the same training?
With a single Inprogress+ package, you can attend each training topic only once.
Can I attend multiple trainings at the same time?
No. All sessions are live and require active participation, so it's not possible to attend more than one training at the same time.
What if I can’t attend a training I signed up for?
You can cancel your registration in the app and choose a different date – as long as you do it at least 5 business days before the training starts. If there’s less time left or something urgent comes up, contact us at: hello@inprogressplus.com.
Can I pay monthly?
No. Inprogress+ packages are only available as a one-time payment.
Can I purchase a single training without an Inprogress+ package?
Yes – if you're only interested in one or two courses, you can purchase them individually.

How can I pay for an Inprogress+ package, exam, or individual training?
We offer fast and secure online payments. If you're representing a company and need a different billing method, just contact us at: hello@inprogressplus.com.
Czy otrzymam fakturę za zakup pakietu Inprogress+, dodatków i egzaminów?
Yes – we issue a VAT invoice for every payment. The invoice will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you need an invoice for a company or want to include billing details (e.g. VAT number), make sure to enter them when placing your order. You can also save your company data in your account settings to have it filled in automatically for future purchases.
Will my Inprogress+ package renew automatically when it expires?
No – the subscription does not renew automatically. Once your package expires, you can choose to extend it manually if you wish to continue accessing the training offer.
What’s the difference between a scheduled and a confirmed training?
- Scheduled – the date is announced, but the training still needs a minimum number of participants. Confirmation (or cancellation) happens no later than 5 business days before the start. You’ll see the update in the app and receive an email notification.
- Confirmed – the training is guaranteed to take place on the announced date.
